Pick your dates
Choose the trailer or the service and check the calendar for open dates. Prefer to talk it through? Call for a quote and we will book it for you.
Check out online
Pay the rental in full by card, plus the refundable deposit. You will be asked for your licence, photo ID, insurance and an emergency contact.
Pick it up
We send a reminder 72 hours before pickup. Hook up, run through the walkaround with us, and you are on the road.
Bring it back
A return reminder lands 12 hours out. We inspect the trailer at return and release your deposit.

We verify identity on every rental. Having these on hand keeps pickup to a few minutes.

Deposit & damage
A deposit equal to one day’s rental rate is collected when the rental is created. Damage judged to come from misuse or recklessness is not covered, and DBCJ LLC may charge the card on file after giving 24 hours’ notice. Report any damage to Damon at (240) 698-0623.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 24 hours before the rental period for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, a 50% refund applies. Inside 12 hours, refunds are reviewed case by case. Send cancellations by text to (240) 698-0623 or email DBCJServices@gmail.com.

Rentals run on fixed periods: one day, two days, three days or a full week. If you need something outside those windows, contact us before booking and we will work out the scheduling.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. The deposit is equal to the applicable one-day rental rate and is collected when the rental is created. It is released after the return inspection.
Is the full rental payment due upfront?
Yes, the full rental amount is charged at the time of booking. Card payments appear on your statement as DBCJ LLC. A 6% tax is applied at checkout.
What do I need to provide to rent?
Email address, phone number, billing or rental address, driver’s licence, photo identification, insurance information, date of birth and an emergency contact. Identity verification is part of every rental.
Do you offer automotive services as well?
Yes. Automotive and trailer services are available by request at $85 per hour. Send the details of the work and we will confirm availability, scheduling and the estimated labour before starting.
Will the trailer be inspected?
Trailers are inspected on return. You are responsible for returning the equipment in the condition set out in the rental agreement, and any damage must be reported.
Will I get reminders?
A pickup reminder goes out about 72 hours before your rental starts and a return reminder about 12 hours before it ends. SMS notifications are used for important reservation updates.
