Cancelation policy: Customer has up to 24 hours prior to rental period for a full refund when canceling their rental. Cancelations made within the 24-hour period can receive a 50 % refund. Cancelations made within the 12-hour period will be based on circumstances for refund. All cancelations must be sent via text message to (240) 698-0623 or by email DBCJServices@gmail.com

Insurance: When creating the rental there will be a deposit collected equal to 1 day’s rental. Damage that is deemed from misuse or recklessness will not be covered. DBCJ LLC holds the right to charge the card on file for any damage deemed to be caused by misuse or recklessness, giving a 24-hour period notice before charging.
